Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) Finance, Technology, & Analytics Administration (FTAA) is looking for an Expert Data Architect to join the Division of Information Technology (DIT) Enterprise Architecture team.
In this capacity, you will assist in leading the transition from a federated model comprising disparate solutions to a more scalable, enterprise-level approach and design, ensuring that the agency’s data systems evolve in accordance with emerging technologies. You will oversee the auditing, design, and implementation of data strategies that align with the agency’s long-term vision, thereby enabling the delivery of impactful services. Additionally, you will architect data systems independently, mitigate associated risks, facilitate communication and collaboration with cross-departmental teams to comprehend business requirements, and identify and develop solutions to support these needs. You will formulate strategic and tactical plans, analyze the interplay of people, processes, and technology to generate dynamic outcomes, and formulate cost-effective, data-driven solutions to foster digital innovation across the agency.
