POSITION SUMMARY:
Informatica ETL Data Integration Developer will be engaged with implementing sound ETL process design, creative and clean code, thoroughly unit testing and high performing implementations. Design, develop, test, and implement Informatica ETL PowerCenter solutions; mappings, transforms, aggregations, joins, enrichment, validations for target data. Assess and profile source and target data (data structure, quality, completeness, schema, nulls, etc.) and requested business use cases. Publish data to an operational data model. Develop high performance ETL Data pipelines using Informatica PowerCenter

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Design, develop, and test data processes per business requirements, following the development standards and best practices as well as participate in code peer reviews to ensure our applications comply with best practices.
Work with business analysts to gather business requirements from end users and translate them into technical specifications.
Gather requirements to define data definitions, transformation logic, and data model logical and physical designs, data flow, and process.
Design, develop and test ETL Mappings, Mapplets, Workflows, Worklets using Informatica PowerCenter 10.x.
Work in a fast paced environment, under minimal supervision providing technical guidance to the team members.
Responsible for database schema design, extensive Teradata development, integration testing, and other related tasks that may be necessary to help the team achieve their goals.
Working closely with Onshore and offshore application development leads.
Identify efficiencies and ways to improve design and development processes.
Identify ways to increase efficiency of production support - Find solutions that allow operations to better do their job without involving development resource time.
Develops logical and physical data flow models for ETL applications.
Provide System and Application Administration for Informatica PowerCenter 10.x.
Provide support troubleshooting data integration issues and monitoring ETL jobs.

EXPERIENCE: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years experience developing ETL solutions
- Informatica Power Center: 2+ years of experience minimum (most recent 2 years of experience must be with Informatica)
- Database: 2+ years experience using Oracle, SQL Server, SAP HANA and/or Teradata(Teradata preferred)

Knowledge of the Oracle and SAP ERP platforms is desired.

Knowledge of Cloud Computing and related technologies
