Qualifications

• 3-5 years of motion design experience. Preferably in a startup.

• Preference if you have graphic design skills for branding, promotions and website design.

• Strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in creating visually appealing motion graphics, graphic layouts, and video editing, showcasing attention to detail.

• Ability to balance creative expression with adherence to brand guidelines and technical requirements

• Thorough with strong organizational skills to handle simultaneous projects and meet deadlines

• Passion for inventive storytelling, visual communications, and dynamic graphics.

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with many deadlines

Responsibilities

• From Zero to One: Contribute to all stages of animation/video creative development, from ideation, storyboarding and design to execution and final delivery

• Graphics Packages: Develop guidelines, systems, and processes to ensure quality and consistency at scale

• Visual Storytelling: Use your creativity, critical thinking, and technical skills to effectively convey complex information to improve storytelling and engage audiences

• Type of content: Create tutorials, product feature release videos, launch videos and content for LinkedIn and Instagram.

• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to keep everyone on the same page as we are a remote company and collaborate with team members to deliver on deadlines.

• We are a remote-first company; our team works from across India (and some from the US as well)

• Once in 6 months we organize an in-person retreat/socials. We try to rotate the location to keep it exciting and engaging. Here's a video from a recent meetup!
