OpCenter MES Developer

About:

• Location: Greensboro, NC
• Contract: 6+ months

The Role:

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of relevant experience required.
• 4-7 years of experience in CAMSTAR
• MES Developer (OpCenter Discrete highly Preferred)
• Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request, Change Management.
• Managing periodic governance and reporting.
• Team Management, Customer management, knowledge management.
• Coordination with manufacturing site, contextualize shop floor operations, understand & support customers manufacturing & business processes.
• SLA and KPI management, ensuring uptime and application availability.
• Identify and implement continuous process improvement opportunities.
• Coordination & contribute with MES COE, Interfacing application teams, and Digital Manufacturing initiatives.
• Closely coordinate and work with product team to ensure seamless operations, upgrades, implementations etc.
• Work with customer stakeholders on solution design based on Siemens OpCenter MOM platform.
• Techno-Functional Analysis and impact assessment of a change and new requirements, provide efficient and optimum solution to complex business problems
• Ability to provide product and technical guidance on Opcenter applications to team members.
• Development in Opcenter EX DS, IPL, MOM Connect, Mendix
• Translate the solution requirement and work with development team to build
• Implementation and support of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) on Siemens Opcenter MOM platform
• Development in Opcenter MOM platform
• Experience on Opcenter AMS, managing L2 support and service request delivery.
• Knowledge of ITSM processes.
• Experience in Siemens MOM platform including - Opcenter Execution Foundation, Opcenter EX DS, Opcenyer IPL, Opcenter Connect MOM, Mendix, Automation gateway (AGW), Data Bridge, Active Integration Gateway (AIG)
• Domain experience in Mfg. Industry
• Knowledge of Opcenter customization & extensions
• Knowledge of OPC-UA, PLC/SCADA interfacing
• Analytical skills, problem solving and attention to detail.
• Good Knowledge of Agile framework

Must Have:

• 4-7 years of experience in CAMSTAR
• Experience on Opcenter AMS, managing L2 support and service request delivery.
• Experience in Siemens MOM platform including - Opcenter Execution Foundation, Opcenter EX DS, Opcenyer IPL, Opcenter Connect MOM, Mendix, Automation gateway (AGW), Data Bridge, Active Integration Gateway (AIG)
• Domain experience in Manufacturing Industry.
