This is an exciting opportunity to join a creative and fast-paced environment where your expertise in photo editing will directly shape the memories of clients’ most important moments. As a Photo Editor, you will be responsible for selecting, retouching, and enhancing wedding photos to ensure the highest quality output. You will also collaborate with cross-border teams, engage with customers, and manage the process from image selection to final product delivery. The role combines artistic vision, technical editing skills, and client-facing responsibilities, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact while working remotely with flexibility.

Accountabilities

As a Photo Editor, you will:

• Download, organize, and manage photos provided by photographers, ensuring proper syncing and time-stamping.
• Select the best images for albums, add-ons, and marketing use.
• Edit, retouch, and color-correct photos using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to achieve the highest visual standard.
• Prepare images for social media, promotional materials, and customer-facing products.
• Meet clients via Google Meet to present and sell wedding albums and additional products.
• Choose appropriate album and frame materials in coordination with the production team.
• Maintain accurate project details in Google Sheets and ensure seamless communication with printers.
• Verify delivery orders, coordinate customer collections, and ensure smooth collaboration with the overseas team.
• Complete around 12 projects per cycle from selection through final corrections.

The ideal candidate should bring both technical skills and creative sensibility.

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in photo editing, preferably in wedding or event photography.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Strong attention to detail, color sense, and visual storytelling skills.
• Reliable internet connection of at least 100 Mbps for large file transfers.
• Experience using Google Sheets or similar organizational tools.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Strong communication and customer service skills for client interactions.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Access to a personal computer, editing software, and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
