Extend the platform into an Agentic framework using state of the art Generative AI based methods.
Support data science team in developing and deploying deep learning based AI/ML solutions for customers.
Work with customer data and own the development of an AI solution from ideation to production.
Leverage integrations with big data frameworks (e.g. Databricks) as needed to develop solutions for customers.
Must either hold active US security clearance or be willing and eligible to hold one.
Ability to travel to client sites/military bases.
B.S. Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or Machine Learning. (MS or PhD is a plus.)
3+ years of experience writing production ready code in Python.
3+ years of experience with Python Data Stack (i.e. pandas, numpy, scipy, scikit-learn, and matplotlib).
2+ years of experience deploying a machine learning model in a production environment.
2+ years of experience developing and deploying Deep Learning based ML models using PyTorch or Tensorflow.
1+ year of experience developing AI/ML solutions that incorporate Large Language Models.
Strong working knowledge of classical ML and deep learning techniques including regression, classification, multi-label estimation, clustering, dimensionality reduction, etc.
Experience with GenAI frameworks & libraries (e.g. ollama, vllm, langchain, llamaindex, ziliz, milvus, faiss, pgvector, elasticsearch).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice to haves:
Experience with using transfer learning (e.g. fine-tuning LLM) to adapt existing deep learning models to customer data.
Experience developing Generative AI-based Agents or developing agentic solutions.
Strong familiarity with deep learning architectures including Transformer models.
Experience developing NLP-based solutions for tasks such as sentiment analysis, text classification, topic modeling, entity extraction, summarization, and question-answering.
Experience developing evaluation methodologies for Generative AI based solutions (e.g. evaluating performance in a RAG system or multi-agent systems).
Experience constructing, querying and analyzing Knowledge Graphs.
