Rate: $60-90ph

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with hands-on expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) and Field Service Management (FSM) modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and enhance CSM and FSM modules within the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow workflows, scripts, and business rules to optimize functionality.
- Implement integrations with other enterprise systems and external applications.
- Ensure best practices in development and platform configuration.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing ServiceNow CSM and FSM implementations.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- ServiceNow certifications: CIS - CSM and CIS - FSM.
- Proficient in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript) and development tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
