Job Role : Video Editor
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
Salary range : 1,200-1,500 AUD/month
Setup : Full-time, permanent remote job, Independent Contractor Agreement

Role Overview: We are looking for a talented and reliable Video Editor to support two growing brands. This role involves editing a property development course and a wellness podcast, helping both brands deliver high-quality, engaging video content. You’ll be responsible for turning raw footage into polished final assets, ready for online platforms, social media, and educational delivery. This is a great opportunity for a creative editor who thrives in a remote setting and enjoys working across different content styles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit video modules for an online property development course.
- Cut and organize raw footage into clear, professional, and engaging educational content.
- Add branding, graphics, overlays, and transitions to enhance the viewing experience.
- Ensure consistent formatting and flow across all course videos.
- Export and organize files for upload to course platforms.
- Edit weekly or bi-weekly video podcast episodes and wellness online webinar style course.
- Sync audio and video, remove background noise, and clean up dialogue.
- Insert branded intros/outros, transitions, and captions.
- Create short promotional clips for social media (Reels, Stories, or TikTok-style edits).
- Maintain a consistent visual and audio style for the podcast brand.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in video editing for online courses, podcasts, YouTube, or similar platforms.
- Strong grasp of visual storytelling, pacing, and audio clarity.
- Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and meet deadlines without micromanagement.
- High attention to detail and a creative eye for formatting and visual design.
- Excellent communication skills and responsiveness in a remote setup.
- Bonus: Familiarity with property development, real estate, or wellness content is a plus.
