Position Overview:
We’re seeking a multimedia powerhouse who excels in both video editing and graphic design. If you have a passion for storytelling, motion graphics, and eye-catching visuals, this role is perfect for you! Your work will directly impact our digital presence across social media, our website, and marketing campaigns.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Edit and produce engaging video content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
✔️ Design high-quality graphics, banners, social media posts, and promotional materials.
✔️ Enhance videos with motion graphics, text overlays, animations, and seamless transitions.
✔️ Transform raw footage into polished, professional content.
✔️ Optimize content for platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
✔️ Develop creative concepts that align with Phil-Am Insurance’s brand identity.
✔️ Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive and impactful visuals.
✔️ Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all visual content.

🎯 Qualifications:
✅ Proven experience as a video editor & graphic designer with a strong portfolio.
✅ Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar.
✅ Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other design tools.
✅ Knowledge of color correction, audio editing, and video optimization techniques.
✅ Understanding of storytelling, visual hierarchy, and branding principles.
✅ Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
✅ Creative problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.

⭐ Preferred Skills:
➕ Experience with social media ads, training videos, and video intros.
➕ Familiarity with insurance or financial services marketing (a plus!).
