We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor to help us produce short-form videos for social media (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and podcast content.
You must be able to edit engaging, high-quality content that matches our brand voice and keeps viewers hooked.
Responsibilities:
Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
Edit and repurpose long-form podcast episodes into clips and highlight reels
Add captions, transitions, effects, B-roll, and branding elements
Cut filler words, background noise, and dead space
Format videos for the right size and aspect ratio per platform
Work with team members to organize raw footage, timelines, and final uploads
Maintain consistent style and branding across all videos
Qualifications:
1–2+ years of experience editing videos for social media and/or podcasts
Proficient in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Descript)
Strong understanding of short-form content trends, hooks, and pacing
Able to follow brand guidelines and deliver fast turnarounds
Reliable internet connection and ability to manage shared folders (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox)
Portfolio or sample work is required for consideration
