This position entails working on the Workbrain platform to enhance workforce management capabilities for our clients. The successful candidate will focus on both technical and functional aspects of Workbrain, ensuring that our solutions are efficient and effectively meet client needs.

As a Workbrain Developer, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and implementing enhancements within the Workbrain system. You will collaborate with various departments to deliver high-quality results that improve operational efficiency and user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement enhancements to the Workbrain application
• Collaborate with business analysts to understand and translate client requirements
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to Workbrain applications
• Create and maintain documentation for developed features and solutions
• Participate in testing and debugging processes to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Work with teams to provide training and support on Workbrain functionalities

Requirement Summary:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience with Workbrain development and configuration
• Understanding of workforce management principles and processes
• Familiarity with programming languages and tools relevant to Workbrain
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
