- We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale observability and security telemetry pipelines.
- You will architect robust, scalable data ingestion, transformation, and routing frameworks leveraging tools such as Cribl, Fluentd, Vector.dev, Calyptia, Edge Delta, Onum, or similar platforms.
- Define end-to-end telemetry data architectures to support log, metric, and trace collection across hybrid cloud, on-premises, and edge environments.
- Collaborate with security, DevOps, and SRE teams to enable advanced threat detection, performance analytics, and compliance reporting.
- Optimize data flows for reliability, cost efficiency, and minimal latency across diverse data sources and destinations.
- Develop governance, schema design, and metadata management strategies for high-volume, multi-tenant telemetry data.
- Implement best practices for data security, masking, and encryption within observability and security pipelines.
- Evaluate emerging pipeline technologies and lead proof-of-concept initiatives to improve data visibility and operational intelligence.
- Mentor engineering teams and guide enterprise adoption of next-generation observability and security data architectures.
- Develop financial models around licensing, cloud and data management costs
