Job Description

• Work with Business Solutions analysts and business personnel to understand procurement to pay business processes and provide the technology to support these processes

• Based on requirements submitted by the business, develop detailed functional and technical specifications for changes to the SAP systems

• Primary responsibility for incident management and resolution for area of responsibility

• Understand and follow all relevant standard LyondellBasell IT processes and procedures

• Perform configuration for the P2P and SRM modules including integrated components within MM, QM and Warehouse Management

• Consult with ABAP developers and provide technical specs to develop customized solutions

• Perform unit testing of changes (configuration, custom development, etc) in development and staging environments, including regression testing of functionality that may be impacted by change.

• Coordinate long chain testing where appropriate of changes (configuration, custom development, etc.) in development and staging environments

• Provide input and suggestions based on knowledge of area of responsibility

• Provide prototypes of new functionality based on client needs • Investigate and resolve incidents reported by users

• Provide support for other activities that impact the MM/SRM area, such as configuration changes to support changing business conditions, SAP ECC upgrades, application of hot packs, project work, etc.

Qualifications

KEY COMPENTENCIES:

• Demonstrated proficiency in SAP Supplier Relationship Management, Materials Management and Procurement

• 10+ years SAP experience required

• Experience with large SAP ERP global rollouts.

• Technical leadership experience in architecting and collaborating with business process architect groups to develop efficient technical solutions in the areas of procure to pay, supplier relationship management, and materials management.

• Leadership in development, implement and support of global initiatives at various time zones.

• Ability to relate technical ideas and functionality to non-technical user

• Strong organizational, oral/written communication, interpersonal and agency/client relationship skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
