Position: Motion Designer
Responsibilities
• Create short-form video ad content tailored for platforms like Meta Reels, TikTok, Instagram Stories, etc.;
• Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and sound effects to enhance storytelling and viewer engagement;
• Optimize video structure and pacing to increase retention and conversion rates;
• Work closely with creative, editing, and paid media teams to iterate on high-performing video assets.
Requirements
• Proficient in video editing tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalents;
• Strong grasp of short-form ad psychology, including hook strategy, pacing, and emotion-driven visuals;
• Familiarity with best practices in platform-specific video ads (e.g., Meta’s recommended first 3-second hooks, 9:16 vertical format);
• Creative and detail-oriented with a sharp sense for visual storytelling;
• Bonus: Prior experience with performance marketing or eCommerce video ads is highly desirable.
