The Role
We are looking for an experienced Photo Editor & Trainer to join our growing Key Accounts and Special Projects team. This role is primarily focused on photo editing, while also requiring strong communication and training skills to collaborate with internal teams and editors.
As part of the recruitment process, you will be required to complete a photo editing assessment to evaluate your skills.

Photo Editor / Trainer Application
This is a remote position, with the flexibility to choose your roster - 16:00 PM - 01:00 AM AEST or 8.00 AM – 17.00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform high-quality photo editing, including HDR, item removal, color changes, image enhancements, and day-to-dusk conversions.
· Provide feedback and recommendations to BoxBrownie.com editors based on expert knowledge of our design styles.
· Assist in training new editors, ensuring they meet BoxBrownie.com’s high-quality standards.
· Support special projects assigned by the Key Accounts team and management.
· Communicate effectively with all parties involved in projects, ensuring clear and complete information sharing.
· Collaborate with the Manager on project updates and provide reports.
· Propose process and technology improvements by analyzing workflows and editor performance.
About You
· Fluent in English: Strong written and spoken English is essential for clear communication.
· Experienced in Photo Editing: Advanced Photoshop skills and experience in real estate photo editing are highly preferred.
· Strong Communicator: Ability to convey clear instructions, provide feedback, and train editors effectively.
· Detail-Oriented & Organized: Can manage multiple projects, ensuring accuracy and high-quality standards.
· Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools to create training materials, reports, and project documentation.
· Proactive Problem Solver: Can analyze issues and propose efficient solutions for improvement.
· Team Player: Works well with colleagues, managers, and other departments to achieve shared goals.
· Remote Work Experience: While not required, prior experience working remotely is a plus.
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and guide a team. Exceptional project management capabilities, with experience managing timelines and deliverables.
· While the role is more leadership-oriented, candidates should have a solid understanding of editing processes, ideally in a creative or photo-editing context. Experience with editing software and tools is a plus.
· Significant experience in an editorial role, ideally from an international photo editing company or similar industry. Experience managing large teams and interacting with clients is crucial.
· Implement and oversee quality assurance measures, ensuring all content is accurate, consistent, and adheres to client specifications. Provide constructive feedback to editing teams to improve their work and maintain high editorial standards.
