Sr. Salesforce Developer

TekRecruiter has been asked to recruit a Sr. Salesforce Developer to join the team of a large and impactful financial services enterprise company. This a Full Time, direct hire position offering a flex schedule.

Your Impact:

• This role will play a key role in partnering with business and various other customers to ensure proposed or built solutions will drive the desired business outcomes in Fusion. This role is accountable for facilitating requirements gathering, on-time, high quality software project deliverables including Analysis, Design, Development and Quality Assurance. The role strongly influences enabling technology solutions, and investigates new opportunities to integrate with other applications within the eco-system to deliver value.

• Responsibilities Include:
  
• Work with business/systems analyst teams to understand requirements. Provide effort and schedule estimates.
  
• Complete development with limited or no supervision.
  
• Provide associated design, unit testing and implementation documentation. Support the Build-out, setup and configuration of new and/or existing application infrastructure.
  
• Provides resolutions on projects, production issues, controls testing under limited supervision.
  
• Identify application infrastructure requirements and analyze environment issues and propose appropriate resolutions to meet project development and testing needs.
  
• Follow established methodology and controls guidelines.
  
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis reviews when applicable.
  
• Recommend changes to procedures which result in operational optimization.
  
• Interacting with project customers and various project members to ensure that specified business needs are met; assists in the post-implementation analysis to ensure that requirements are fulfilled.
  
• Serving in an ongoing partnership with business users, maintaining knowledge of business operations, strategies, information requirements, and priorities.
  
• Maintaining current technical knowledge in the technologies used and proactively find opportunities for improvement.
  
• Perform additional job-related duties as requested.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree from an accredited university with coursework in Business, Information Technology, or Engineering.
  
• 7+ years of Fusion/Salesforce experience, including 3+ years as analyst; and 4+ years hands-on experience with configuration and customization of Fusion/Salesforce.
  
• Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer.
  
• At least 2-4 years of experience with: Java 1.7/1.8, Java jdbc API
  
• Spring framework - Spring MVC, Spring Bean, Injection, AOP, Spring jdbc. Experience with Spring Batch & Spring Boot is a plus SQL, PL/SQL
  
• Familiarity with Front end web implementation experience using Angular, HTML, NodeJS is a plus
  
• Experience with APIs and application integrations.
  
• Understand sophisticated business requirements and be able to convert to low level design.
